Since the initial consultation is free, no refund applies.

Students can request cancellation before we begin their paid consultancy service.

Students may also request cancellation after we start working on their application or other services.
First, we review the work we have completed. Next, we consider any expenses related to the service.
We then assess whether a partial refund is appropriate for work that remains incomplete.
However, the final decision must follow the agreed service terms and applicable law.

Therefore, a rejected application does not automatically mean that a student qualifies for a refund.
